XCMG SA has a professional and experienced sales and aftersales team led by six Chinese sales directors and managers; eight local sales persons and nine spare parts managers and service technicians.

The company has established four distribution outlets and four spare parts centres in Johannesburg, South Africa; Windhoek, Namibia; as well as Maputo and Beira, in Mozambique. There are six on-call service pickups equipped with full set of maintenance tools for field service.
