Modern Quarrying

The International Materials Handling Conference and Exhibition has been held every two years for an unbroken 36 years. Credit is due to members of the conveying industry who have served on the conference committees throughout these years. Organised for the industry by the industry is not simply a catch phrase, it is a true reflection of the conveying industry's dedication to providing new and current developments in materials handling and related fields.

Up-to-the minute practical and theoretical developments in the materials handling and mining industry will be presented by a panel of speakers from around the world, bringing to South Africa all that is noteworthy and new in conveying techniques.

Beltcon is recognised as one of the foremost international conferences bringing progress, breakthrough research, and state-of-the-art information to members of the industry. It is a conference that through the years has gained global stature by attracting eminent and knowledgeable researchers and speakers.

Held over two days from 2-3 August 2017, Beltcon runs concurrently with an exhibition of products relevant to the conveying industry. This is within the conference venue and is therefore open to delegates only. Registered delegates are credited by ECSA with two continuous professional development points.
